Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Secure Your Package
Place the ring in its original jewelry box and secure it within a padded mailer to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
